Please choose carefully as we don't exchange or refund items for change of mind.

We do not exchange or refund sale items.

Refunds are not offered unless there is a fault in the item. In which case, the items is to be returned within 30 days of receiving, and a full refund minus shipping fees will be issued.

Please ensure you enter your shipping details correctly, we take no responsibility for a package being sent to the wrong address.

We will not be responsible for any unclaimed parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, we are happy to resend at buyer's expense, including any postage fees incurred.

All orders are shipped with Sendle or Australia Post, once your order has been sent you will be notified of a tracking number via email. It can take up to 7+ Days to receive your parcel, and we will not be responsible for late or damaged parcels.

If you need your item urgently, please contact us to arrange an upgrade to express shipping PRIOR to placing your order.

Due to all of our items being handmade by us, there will always be some variations in pattern placement, sizing, colour etc. We endeavour to maintain the best quality and consistency as reasonably possible.

Turn around time is 3 working days for ready to ship items and up to 2-3 weeks for custom and made to order items. If there is any delays, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED as soon as possible.

Custom orders will be discussed and agreed upon with you, the customer. Once the go ahead has been given and item has been started there can be no changes to that item. Please choose carefully when ordering your custom designs.
